Mavis Tires & Brakes

I had an incredible experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! First, I came in desperate need of a replacement after getting a nail in my tire. The team gave me an amazing discount, so I ended up leaving with two brand-new tires at a great price. More recently, I noticed my engine splash shield was sagging terribly. Knowing they specialize in tires and brakes, I called to see if they could even help with it, since all it really needed was some clips or zip ties. They took care of it super fast and didn't even charge me! Excellent customer service, honest work, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Went by Mavis today to get an oil change and my tires rotated and I was met with the best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto shop! KeAndre and Johnny are absolutely fantastic and got me situated and on the road. They told me a few other things I need to get done soon and I will come back to this location for all my future car needs!! Thank you so much KeAndre and Johnny!

Talk about Sunday Service! I can’t say enough good things about Mavis Tires and Brakes at 8040 North Tryon Street. They truly went above and beyond when my car started leaking brake fluid shortly after another shop had supposedly completed a full brake system replacement. Not only did they quickly diagnose the brake fluid leak, but they also discovered that the previous shop hadn’t actually replaced all of the parts I had been charged for. Their honesty and attention to detail saved me from paying for repairs that should have already been done. While inspecting my vehicle, they also found an oil leak that had gone unnoticed and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of their work and customer service was outstanding, and to top it all off, they repaired everything for about half of what another shop had quoted me. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this team earned my confidence. They were professional, honest, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fairly priced auto repair. They’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer!

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Keandre! From the moment I called a thousand times to when I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. The entire team was efficient, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service given what I had just gone through. Keandre’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you again, Keandre!

I had the best experience at this place!! I went in today to get an inspection and the service I received from Kevin the general manager was outstanding!!! He didn't have me sitting there too long and he explained in detail everything that they were going to do and that needed done. He also went above and beyond by researching parts for me and giving me recommendations. His college Rick handed roses out to every person in the store. They gave us the kindest most welcoming service !! Filled with knowledge and time management aswell . I would recommend this place for all tyre and inspections needs!! This is now my forvever go to place. Thank You Kevin and Rick
